One of the world’s greenest office developments is open for business on South Tyneside and is welcoming its first tenants through the door.
Envirowatch Ltd and TacZee (a Nine Labs Investment) have moved into One Trinity Green that is built on part of the former Circatex site in South Shields. The £5.4m scheme has been developed by a partnership of South Tyneside Council and Groundwork South Tyneside & Newcastle.

Professor Roddy of Five Quarter – a new energy technology company – will be providing insights into the revolutionary underground coal gasification project which aims to release the huge energy potential remaining in the North East’s coalfields.
The Energy & Environmental Industries Forum (EEIF) is pleased to announce the launch of sponsorship packages for its annual conference EENE2012 (Energy & Environment North East 2012). This follows on from the inaugural EENE conference held at the Xcel Centre in March 2011.
The conference, which is being held at the Marriott Newcastle Gosforth Park Hotel will have a theme of ‘The North East Green Industrial Revolution’ and will showcase the flagship low carbon /environmental projects in the region. The conference will be ‘the’ place to meet, network, do business and learn about the green industrial revolution taking place in the region. It will also demonstrate that the North East is ‘the’ place to do business and the launch-pad for green industrial ‘revolutionaries’ to share their ideas and projects. You will hear from these ‘green revolutionaries’ first hand!
A Minister is expected to provide the welcome address to the conference along with speakers from the flagship projects in our region including MGT, Progressive Energy, Air Products, Narec Capital with more to be confirmed. Exhibition space is also available on the day. There will be question/answer sessions, debates and fun things to do – it wont be boring we promise!
Delegates will be able to network and get current and relevant information about the low carbon, environmental goods and services sector in the North East.
